Company alignment on objectives You can sense the alignment at the company and org all-hands.
Dinner is mediocre at best.
Not great onboarding for interns (still a manageable process, but can feel lost at times).
No structured internship (in my case). Need to propose your own project depending on whether your manager has something for you. Don't be afraid to push back if you don't think the project idea is good. You may think someone has already vetted the idea, but it could have just been a last-minute idea that won't ever get used.
