Reached out to by recruiter. Set up interview 2 weeks out due to best availability for recruiter.

Requested a reschedule while I was sitting on the Zoom waiting, so he was notified I logged in and then requested to reschedule.

I get it, things happen. Rescheduled again 2 weeks out due to his best availability.

He shows up late, plays on his laptop for 5 minutes, says he read my resume and asks me to tell him why I’m a good fit. Says he thinks I’m a good fit and will get back to me with next steps next week.

Interview lasted 7 minutes.

Followed up a week later and nothing, just pure ghosting. Never did hear back until a month later when the rejection email showed up.

Dodged a massive bullet.
