There were totally three rounds. I explained my technical expertise in the first two rounds. They were fine with my experience. They provided me with one coding program in the third round. I wrote it and got the output too. They asked a few technical questions, and I answered them correctly. But they didn't select me after three rounds. They were not able to give feedback after three rounds. I even sent an email and asked them why I was not selected. There was no response after that. I completed the coding question with the right answer and output in the third round. This process took one month. The talent acquisition partner and HR communication and follow-up were very poor. They delayed the whole process. They were not able to give right feedback for rejecting me.
