Process

Extremely unprofessional interviewers. Not only were they not organized or prepared, one of the interviewers was eating and drinking an alcoholic beverage in front of me during the interview. One of the interviewers came and didn't even know how to code the problem he was giving. We literally spent time Googling libraries. It felt like even the interviewers didn't know what project I would be working on or how it all fit together. To top it all off, for a single onsite, I was communicating between three recruiters. I'd fill out a form sent by one of them, and then a day later, the other two would be inquiring if I finished the NDA form. Just ask your co-workers; why do you need to make it more confusing? Even my lunch experience was horrible. They just give you a sandwich and leave you in the room for a half an hour. I highly recommend not even interviewing for them unless you are solely looking for interview experience. They have a ridiculous amount of tech debt, and I'm glad I'm not joining their company.
