Process
The process was simple and straightforward. You will need to fill out a survey first, then they will see if they like whatever projects/thoughts you're sharing. Then the coding interview; it's not LeetCode but more like talking and writing out solutions/pseudocode on a VSCode version of Google Docs. After that, it's the behavioral interview where the manager will ask simple questions regarding what you've been up to and your enthusiasm.
