Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo CEO Opinion
Pros
  • Great in-office perks (coffee, spa, ping-pong, arcade; no lunch though unless you chain yourself to your desk)
  • A few people are genuinely passionate about their work
  • The CEO is a nice guy
  • Base compensation isn't bad
Cons
  • In engineering hiring, quality is all over the place.
  • As another reviewer pointed out, more and more there's a kill-or-be-killed attitude.
  • And yet another reviewer pointed out that the CTO reads private Slacks. I thought that reviewer was just super-vengeful until I saw the CTO's non-denial response here on Glassdoor. WTF?
  • It's not clear how the company is going to grow.
  • It looks like the company is stuck with some executives that might not be best for hockey-stick growth at this stage of the company.
