Most new grad hiring is happening out of Charlotte. As someone from the opposite coast, this was a difficult transition.

Senior Software Engineer
The process involved a preliminary HR screen, a technical overview discussion, and then a series of coding assessments and a design architecture exercise. Overall, it took a couple of weeks.
Software Engineer (Internship)
Very friendly interviewers and recruiters. The recruiters made sure the process went quickly. They also responded very quickly to questions. The interview was like a casual conversation. You feel very comfortable in the interview.
