Good company, unethical HR
Great culture, great CEO, good equity package, and excessive amounts of swag.
The only place I've worked at where I've had to file an HR complaint, let alone multiple.
HR representatives lied repeatedly and never investigated my reports. Leadership refused to address them either.
Going forward, multiple people have reported the same person, and no action has been taken.
Hold HR accountable, formalize skip-level reviews, and leverage an outside firm to address HR failures.
