I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week.
The interview process for interns was one round of 1 hour technical interview and a bit of technical discussion. I'd say the technical coding question was fair, and the interviewer was very kind, engaged, and clearly asked intelligent questions about follow ups and other details. Overall, great interview and recruiting experience!
I want to give a huge thank you to my recruiter, Khushi, who was not only very transparent, responded extremely promptly, outlined the benefits and flexibility of the role, but also genuinely showed care and worked with me regarding the offer and the entire process. In fact, she's definitely the best recruiter I've ever worked with (until now in my career, at least)! It was unfortunate that I couldn't join the company this time around, but it's clear that Cresta is working on some really interesting challenges with a great company culture.
