Process
I was called by Varun Joshi (TA team). He scheduled my interview with Anil Sir (Sr. Manager). Both were supremely professional and nice to me. There were 3 rounds:
- The first was a telephonic round where logical questions were asked to check your logic and problem-solving skills, how you involve the interviewer while answering, and also communication.
- The second was a coding test where you were given 3 programs to solve. You had to try all 3.
- The last round may be HR or Managerial.
Overall, it was a nice experience. I will apply again in the future. Nice people, great place to work.

Pros: - Decent office and facilities.
- The interview process is easy to crack.
- Offshore travel.
Cons: - Not sure why they ever opened this India center. Employees here are treated like second-class citizens.
The work coming to India is mostly what nobody else wants to do.
- Leadership seems to be confused and they don't know what they plan to do with this center.
- Attrition rate is so high. In fact, a lot of people were forced to leave. The environment is scary. You never know what is going to happen next.

Horrendous company to work for (India)

Pros: Growing company with a decent stock price at the moment.
Nothing explicit as compared to other companies in the same segment.
Cons: India (Pune) is a horrendous office/company to work for.
No credibility of senior management.
Boot licking and brown nosing culture. No backbone of the senior management in the India office. They look up to the decisions made by the US management and follow like a donkey, even if they are incorrect.
Controlling mentality and no autonomy is given to the members of the team.
No work-life balance.
Ability to work remotely should be considered under normal circumstances and not just during Covid time.
