Process

I applied sometime in August of my junior year of college. I forgot about it; at that time, I struggled a lot getting responses from anyone. A few months later, I received a voicemail.

I listened to it, and it was a recruiter asking about my availability. They mentioned a manager was really excited about my experience and wanted to schedule an interview.

I spoke with the manager; it was an average conversation, mostly about the platform. I've always been terrible at non-technical interviews due to poor memory and generally coming off as impersonal. The manager luckily only asked me two questions about myself.

I was surprised to hear from the recruiter again, asking me to complete a coding homework assignment. It was straightforward, and I sent it back a couple of hours later. I received an offer the next morning, skipping my third interview.

I completed my internship the next year, and no interview was required for a full-time offer. CrowdStrike was very straightforward and relaxed in the interview process. They treated me with respect from the start.
