Pros

Benefits and pay are commensurate for what you will deserve. You will work for what you deserve, and you will see promotions for those who know what they are doing. You are truly part of the 1%.

Cons

There is a shift in how the culture is changing as the company is growing. Employee treatment is changing, and more "Managers" are being added to departments. Promotions will be given, but turnover is low, so you will wait.

Advice to Management

Remember what it was like 4 years ago. Treat the people who got you there with respect.
