Ableist language, mocking disabled veterans and those with cognitive disabilities, has been used by senior team members as well as leadership.
I, foolishly, raised my concerns about that with my manager in private, only to later be accused of trying to spin the situation to my benefit (huh?).
As far as I'm aware, there are no other avenues for reporting events like this that don't involve me risking my job any further.

Management is aloof, typically unresponsive, and uninterested in leading. I've also found that they often lack the emotional intelligence, tact especially, to manage people effectively.
