The work coming to India is mostly what nobody else wants to do.
Leadership seems to be confused and they don't know what they plan to do with this center.
Attrition rate is so high. In fact, a lot of people were forced to leave. The environment is scary. You never know what is going to happen next.
Shut down the India center and don't waste employees' time.
