Nobody sucks, everyone performs. Minimal 'outside noise'
This is the best company I've worked for, and it's not close. The focus here is on work, collaboration, and delivering the best product on the market for the customer.
We waste little time on frivolous, outside distractions, which is refreshing for a technology company. Almost everyone is approachable, team-oriented, and goal-oriented, and willing to go above and beyond to help.
I've been employed with firms whose employees lack pride and purpose. That is not the situation here. The future is bright!
