Highly recommend. Probably a lot of variation from team to team, but the culture is great and collaborative. There's implicit pressure, but also a focus on taking time off. The people are awesome, great work.
Leadership style is loose, which can be a positive. Lots of room for improvement and moving up, but not always as much involvement as would be helpful.
Most work is remote, which again may not be a con depending on your preferences.
