A good internship
My ideas were encouraged by my teammates. I made a real impact on our business. Work from home is amazing. CS is a great entrance into the industry with good software design practices and lots of accountability for engineers.
The connection between high-level leadership and individual teams can be cumbersome.
The company is beginning to move slowly as it expands and matures its business model. Don't expect to move fast and break things.
C-level leadership is slow to respond to social issues.
