The moment one shares candid feedback, they will punish in discreet ways and make you feel miserable. There is a lack of transparency, and be ready for frequent re-orgs. The vice-president and above have their own vision. Directors' and managers' visions differ from executive leadership. Professional growth only happens if you oblige and pamper your manager. There are no retros at the end of the quarter. They treat employees as another cog in the wheel, with no skip-level 1:1s. The company lacks competitive pay, has no work-life balance, and an emotionally toxic culture. Team members are the least helpful.
