A lot of talented & kind people. A positive work environment. The management cares about its employees as individuals. The work is challenging, and CrowdStrike is leading a growing industry. It has a very active Cat Pictures chat room.
- Organizational structure can be confusing at times.
- Some architectures (build, test, etc.) are suffering from their startup past and have not scaled up nor grown as quickly as the company has, which can impede work more than it should.
- The company life/culture isn't always palpable; it can feel a bit bland at times.
