Highly political and biased product leadership. HR is namesake and never has the guts to do the right thing for employees.

Incompetence is blamed on engineering teams.

Blameless is not blame-less; people are scared here after our President said firing is the solution.

Advice to Management

Learn to trust your employees.

Throw those biased, micromanaging, self-proclaimed experts out of engineering leadership. People leadership is a skill.

Product leadership requires strategic thinking and proper planning. Bringing in folks from past connections without any knowledge leads to acquiring useless products.
