Pros

Pretty much everything. They really take care of their people.

In particular, their handling of the incident in July 2024 has been phenomenal and quite unusual for a corporation, in that there was near-complete transparency from the top down, both publicly and internally.

Cons

Just personal ethical differences. I would prefer not to serve certain clientele, but that's not up to me.
