I applied online. The process is simple, but a lot of the engineers are green. It's a startup; not sure it would scale. It has a 3-round process totally: one screen, one design, and one onsite.

The interview process was smooth and well-organized. I completed the initial HR screening and a follow-up interview with the hiring manager. I decided to withdraw from the process after receiving another offer.
