Everyone I talked to was very friendly, and it was overall a good interview process. The questions I got in the tech interview were not ones I was expecting based on the job description or research I did on other roles. The tech interviewer didn't know much about the specific team I was interviewing for, or anything about the hybrid structure, as he was remote.
