Pros: Guaranteed work as it's a warehouse, but it does flow up and down through the year from snowbirds. You, for the most part, are treated with respect and as a person, not a number. If you have any concerns or problems, they will do their best to help with the situation.

Cons: I won't speak negatively of a company I currently work for, which shows it can't be too bad, as I still want to work here.

Pros: The schedule was fine, yet there was no overtime as promised.

Cons: Benefits are horrible. They talk down to you. The turnover rate is really bad, and upon leaving, they screwed me out of about 40 hours.
