This company has really shady hiring practices. None of the jobs that they post actually exist; they are fake jobs. The labor department should investigate them for their hiring practices. It's biased and discriminatory. A recruiter contacted me directly on LinkedIn for an opening, but when I applied as per the link she sent me, my application was rejected in half an hour, even though I had all the skill sets for the job position.
