Pros: Great low management. Great teamwork. Low traffic, so not as much stress.

Cons: Upper management is awful with scheduling. Have to memorize every department, which is very stressful. Front end/entire store is often left very understaffed, adding more stress. Pay is awful. Only had one raise in my 4 years working there because of a global pandemic.
