There were two rounds: one 30-minute interview and one 1-hour interview.
The interview was average. A mixture of soft-skill questions and generic JavaScript questions.
I was a little concerned that their lead developer had such a short amount of career time in the field. Questions about the tech stack and position revealed critical processes left ignored due to low experience.
