A recruiter for the company called from Dallas.
They set up a phone interview with the IT hiring manager for a job in Bannockburn. It was a very informal discussion, such as 'Why are you leaving your current job?'.
The following week, I was one of five people selected for a face-to-face interview. Actually, it was with two IT leads for one hour of basic tech questions such as polymorphism and inheritance. Then, one more hour with two managers - soft skills such as SDLC.
