It started off with a phone screen by HR. Then, I had a phone interview with actual employees. Once I passed that interview, I met them in person. About a week after the face-to-face interview, I was contacted by HR at CVS Health. At that time, they made me a formal offer for the position to which I had applied.
Questions
They focused on how my personality would fit in with the company. There were some technical questions, too.
