Pros: I enjoy working from home, and my specific department has flexible hours. There is no required overtime, but I could take some if I wanted to. We have a good work/life balance. Management in my department is wonderful. We have very independent work. It's a very pleasant department.

Pros: People complain, but this company is amazing, especially in a time where it's difficult to find a job. The company offers free tuition, paid out by them. You don't have to wait for reimbursement. There are opportunities to advance.

Cons: Work can be stressful. I'll pick and choose my battles. My battle isn't with Caremark. It's a very competitive environment.
