Process

I had a phone screen with an HR person, followed by a "panel" interview with two people on a Webex call. The first person was normal and asked questions about my background from my resume. The second person asked questions about qualifications that were not listed in the job description. When I queried about the questions being asked and pointed out that the qualification requirements related to the questions were not listed on the job description, the second interviewer became somewhat hostile, if not irate.

Suggestions:

  • Ensure your job description and requirements are clearly spelled out.
  • Provide interview training to those who will be conducting interviews.

Questions

Please explain how you would start a UFT project.

(UFT was not a requirement; using a tool "like" UFT was a requirement).
