Pros: CVS Health truly cares about employees as a whole.
So many great advantages of working for the company:
* Financial classes
* Mental health wellness
* Mid-day mindfulness
* Live fitness classes
* Educational benefit
The educational benefit is the best I’ve seen, 100% covered for employees going through EdAssist.
Cons: I have a caring manager who truly understands that work-life balance is important. Some do experience a micromanager, which only lowers the morale of your team.
