Process
I applied through the CVS career website and after 4 weeks, I got a phone interview with HR.
After HR interviewed, they scheduled me for a phone interview with the hiring manager that led to an on-site interview with 3 people for 1 and a half hours.
After clearing all rounds, the hiring manager set up one last meeting with one more team member via phone. The whole interview process was 1 week long, and after that, I got the offer letter.

For management, employees are SLAVES who should work until their blood is completely sucked. 3. Crazy policies. A BIG NO to my friends to join this company, else be ready for burning your body out with diseases and then FILLING your PRESCRIPTIONS from CVS :P.. Benefit is for CVS only :)
