Pros: I worked with some great people.

Cons: They're moving in the wrong direction with tech decisions, pushing forward quickly with little regard for quality or long-term thinking. Lots of mobile engineers work too much -- nights and weekends, even. This makes little sense since you can't quickly push a production fix to the App Store or Play Store; there's a whole review process that slows things down. So working production support over a weekend as a mobile engineer makes zero sense.

Pros: It is a stable company.

Cons: Salary increases were capped at 2%, and no promotions.

Pros: Nice and helpful coworkers & environment
