First call with the recruiter was great, explaining about the role and getting to know the candidate's experience. Then, complete silence for 2 weeks. After that, I received an update that they were starting the interview process and asked if I was still interested. I was then scheduled for an interview with the Hiring Manager, followed by a round with the team lead developers, and then with the Scrum Master. After all the interviews, I was completely ghosted and received no update, even after checking on feedback with the recruiter for a week.
