- Lots of resources (e.g., perks, benefits, nice facilities, etc.).
- Exposure to many experienced people willing to offer career advice, etc.
Cons: It is an extremely large company. You have to speak up or be passed up. You have to find a way to stand out with high performance and/or high charisma.
As it is a large company, sometimes corporate bureaucracy can be quite extensive and cumbersome to navigate.
