The recruiter texted me stating SMS is her preferred way of scheduling. She asked my availability for the next day, which is Friday. I told her 1 PM to 1:30 PM. She replied that's too late for her shift and asked my availability on Monday. I told her 10 AM to 10:30 AM. She confirmed.
I didn't receive any call. I had to waste my breaktime waiting for her. She is very unprofessional. I hope someone from HR reads this comment. I'm not asking for an interview slot, just do something about your employees.
