Pros

The only pro, I guess, is the hybrid work aspect with 3 days in and 2 days WFH. They drive the days off, so you have no option.

Cons

Poor equipment, poor communication, and most management have little to no emotional intelligence skills or care about employees. There's no career growth; it's lip service but no actual room for growth.

Promotions are a joke. Raises are a super joke when you see how much the CEO and others earn off the staff who actually make the company function and bring the ideas to life. They promote values but then don't actually follow them.

Employees from offshore companies are preferred over US citizens due to cheaper wages and less liability in the long run. They quit visa sponsorships, hire Indian employees, and hire more qualified US employees.

Advice to Management

Actually, make the changes you preach about and follow through.
