Employees have been there a long time, which is saying something. Management actually does take an interest in you. This is a good company, not a great company. If you work hard, you will be awarded.
It's an older company with an older mindset. Trying to bring newer technology into Caremark is a difficult task. If you like working with outdated software and practices, this is a place for you.
Invest in local talent. Enough said.
