Overall, CVS employee pay is good.
Employee health insurance is below par. Work-life balance does not exist.
The director-level manager micromanages the entire staff. Good employees are leaving, but the H1B employees are stuck. I do not recommend working for CVS under the Caremark division in the IT department.
