Pretty good company to work for
Good work-life balance.
Work is not too stressful.
People are nice to work with.
Lots of remote working options.
CVS has its ups and downs. Lot of leadership changes are happening. So far so good.
You get to do what you are good at. I can't say that for the future, though.
Merged company, CVS Health, has the Aetna CEO and legacy CVS CIO. I am not sure how they will be taking CVS forward.
