Good medical benefits and better job stability than other sectors. Management does a good job ensuring decent work-life balance.
The actual role after onboarding doesn't match what was mentioned by the recruiter or interviewers. There are many roles that don't involve development/coding, but the designation would suggest differently.
You have been doing a good job of taking care of employees. But, kindly stay transparent during the interview process about actual duties and communicate to prospective applicants so they don't take a wrong step and repent later with work dissatisfaction.
