Challenges persist due to a lack of skilled personnel, fostering an environment of competition and unease. Leadership deficiencies and outdated practices hinder progress, while resistance to change among veteran developers further complicates matters.
While the team faces challenges in terms of skill gaps and collaboration, I believe opportunities exist to improve through training initiatives, fostering a more supportive environment, and promoting continuous learning through leadership development and upskilling programs.
Ensure that all developers are adequately trained in new technologies before their implementation. Relying on a single individual to possess comprehensive knowledge can lead to overburdening and hinder productivity. Encourage team-wide proficiency to foster collaboration and support sustainable growth.
