Good pay is the only thing good.
- Terrible work-life balance. It has turned into a sweatshop now.
- Constant reorganization.
- Every leader works to push their own agenda.
- The C-level staff wastes time in nonsense and they are clueless on what goes on in the entire org.
Stop harassing your employees that made you record profit during a pandemic.
The layoffs, the push to work nights and weekends, and the forced return to work are not going to help your stock ticker.
If you post an article about hybrid work and turn off comments, you know you are doing something employees do not want.
