Location is remote; there is no public transportation to get to. Unless you live in Rhode Island, you really need a reason to commute this far.
Wish they had a higher base salary for the positions. Because of Rhode Island, they easily get away with it.
Their tuition reimbursement is next to nothing.
Don't accept outsourcing as the default model for getting work done. You have seen the negatives of this approach, but you are too timid to accept it and change direction.
