Pros

Big healthcare brand, chances of a good bonus as the overall company is doing great. Work-wise is okay.

Cons

Worst benefits. Some benefits don't start until 90 days, others until 6 months. I don't understand how a healthcare company can have such worst health insurance plans. All high deductible plans with salary-based deductions. If you earn more, you pay more for insurance – what type of logic is that?

And premiums are so high. And the one they call a hybrid plan has a deductible of $8K.

Seriously, I feel very bad about joining CVS. My dental COBRA premium was the same as CVS's normal premium.

Also, a few people like to work late hours, which is spoiling the culture.

401k 5% match doesn't start until 1 year. Also, you can't make your own contribution until 90 days.

Advice to Management

Please think about benefits and help have good insurance plans. Start treating everyone equally, rather than having salary-based premiums.
