Overworked Lack of support Healthcare benefits need improvement
Honestly, within teams, there is not enough support from senior leadership on the severe lack of skills within a team in order to fully support our business partners.
If we had full support, we would be able to adjust how we work based upon limited skill sets. There needs to be an emphasis on promoting within and putting team members in positions to succeed.
