Pros

The few pros I can say there are would have to be knowledge of the best ways to save money on future purchases and the moderate pay.

Cons

The cons, however, are of the utmost disappointment. The management cares very little for the safety of their employees, encouraging staff to ignore customer lawbreaking, and displays a complete inability to aid the employees of their company in instances where they are victims of a crime.

Advice to Management

Take better care of the needs of your employees, and you wouldn't have such a high turnover rate.
