- Very little, if any, micromanagement (could vary depending on your manager/higher-up).
- Opportunities to learn from different projects.
- Flexible work hours.
Too many meetings. Most meetings are useless, and that time could be spent doing actual work.
Stop being obsessed with thinking more meetings equals more productivity (quite the opposite). You can do Agile and DevOps with way less meetings and without useless ones.
