Nice people, but technically not so strong.
Some people don't share information.
Bring in technically strong people to all your departments.
Phone screen followed by an interview with 4 people: hiring manager, two peers, and an HR Rep. It was the easiest interview I've ever had. Had a brief phone screen and then 1 day where I went in for 2 hours (4 1/2 hour interviews). I felt that the
Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and had a technical round with the hiring manager and other developers. Initially, I had a call with HR, and then followed up with other rounds. Overall, a good experience, I would say.
I completed the HireVue and got an email for a virtual interview within about a month. The hiring manager was very polite and answered a lot of my questions. The only thing was the interviews were very short and slightly informal.
